Low volume production is to be manufactured by rapid mould (RTV/RIM molding) in vacuum casting machine or low press casting machine. Its material is Urethanes or Polyurethanes. The physical performance of this material is the same as engineering plastic, for example, ABS like, PP like, PC like, PA (Nylon) like and rubber like etc. The clients can choose the best way to make the parts. The rapid molds can be finished within 2-24 hours. It can keep 2 months around in normally temperature. And one mold can be making most 20 pieces.
